becoming focused

By  focusing on my dahnjon, my lower abdomen…I  am  able  to  focus  more  deeply.  Instead  of  my mind  racing  with  countless  thoughts  in my head, I am able to focus  clearly on one task at a time.  With a  simple  exercise  such as  dahnjon  clapping or  intestine  exercise  i am able to bring the energy down from my head to my core energy  center.  This is  helping me  become  more  stable physically and emotionally.  Lets teach at least one person that you know this powerful exercise, it will benefit them greatly.
