Many times throughout the day, we give our time to others. Sometimes, we do this so often that we run out of time for yourselves. Has that happened to you? I’m sure that it has! so what do you do when you give so much to others instead of to yourself? You burn out and get tired more often.
Instead of this, take some time for yourself. If you are an on-the-go type, just take five minutes out of your day. Stretch, meditate, or even listen to your favorite song to boost up your mood. Even better, try to do some intestine exercises, Dahn Jon tapping, or come to class.
If you invest time in you, you will reap many awards…and you will have more energy to give to those whom you love.
