Sun Institute would like to more formally announce that we are offering an energy healing course. If you want to learn about energy healing and acupressure, this is a good way to get your foot over the threshold.
You can attend a part time program and learn all of the methods and techniques necessary to become a successful energy healer.

Today, each of the members gave hwalgong to eachother.
It was a wonderful experience. Although people are discovering their inate healing power, we are all have healing ability. This was a nice discovery, I see that people are growing every single day just by coming to class and accumulating pure ki energy in their bodies and healing themselves.
Today I laid down on the powerful Chungeum Mat and just relaxed with dahnjon breathing. I was so amazed that within minutes my body and brain had totally refreshed! I know that the combination of the CHungeum mat in conjunction with breathing pure ki energy, I am totally able to heal myself naturally and powerfully. I am so thankful for this amazing Dahn practice.
When you are feeling ill, instead of staying home and resting, it would be better to come to class?
Why is that, you ask?
When you are feeling ill, at that time your body’s immune system is lower. If you come to class, you can help to improve your immune system and you can help yourself feel better. Also, you will be able to help release the sickness faster than if you rested up.
When you feel less than 100%, come in to the center and take a class. See how different you feel afterwards.
When challenges are upon us, choose to test yourself and see just how strong you are. Instead of saying its not meant to be, face the challenge, push through it, and see what wonderful result awaits you at the end. By doing this, you are really see how you change and improve yourself.
I choose everyday to always take the high road to complete my soul. To do my life’s purpose of healing. Through Sun institute I was able to discover my natural healing ability, whereas I never knew that I had any . SI gave me the courage within myself to keep growing as a person, never give up on doing my true purpose in life. I am very grateful for SI, they have given me my life back.
Don’t let the cold weather from deterring yourself from training. You can always do intestine exercise wherever you are! I love holding sleeping dragon posture before I sleep, your bound to have a deep sleep.
I always so thrilled to see that members came to the center today completely soaked in rain, they demonstrated the will to train themselves, therefore the class was challenging in a beautiful way!
As the cold winter season approaches, it is important to keep your healthy to avoid colds and flus.
There are some tips to keep you feeling warm this winter season.
1. Keep doing intestine exercises.
2. Use a hot pack to warm your abdomen
3. Drink hot tea
4. Do Dahn Jon tapping
5. Eat hot or spicy foods to activate the heat inside of you.
6. Bundle up! ;D
