what could be the relaxation technique to get rid of stress?
can u people suggest me some relaxation tech. (if yoga, than what in particlular, or some other exercises or some music or games or may be change in habit or schedule)..what should i do in the following mention stream to avoid stress…
I know this may seem a bit simple…but do what we call “guided imagery”. Imagine that you are in your favorite place, with a favorite person, doing the most favorite thing you like to do. Its like daydreaming. I was always a skeptic, and I did learn about it in nursing school…but I have learned that it really does work. It especially helps if you talk out loud to yourself, closing your eyes and breathing slow and deep when you do it. I started doing it about a month ago, and I have found that it does relax me.
