Yoga Exercises Pregnant

Safe exercises with SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction) while Pregnant?
I am experiencing some medium symptoms of spd, however, it is imperative that I stay active during this pregnancy….but walking, the most convenient form of exercise for me, just adds to the pain…what can i do to stay active without irritating my pelvis? Do Yoga or stretching help with easing the pain?
If you have an indoor pool that is open in your area I would recommend going and doing some aqua aerobics. The water will take the pressure off your hips and back. I too am suffering mild-medium symptoms of SPD.
Yoga, I have heard also helps.
